Harris serves as an Associate at Floorspace, where he offers a unique perspective on the Vancouver real estate market. His approach is shaped by his understanding of various stakeholders’ needs, particularly from a landlord’s viewpoint. Harris consistently demonstrates a keen interest in the intricacies of the local market, with a particular focus on the Broadway Corridor and light industrial developments throughout the Lower Mainland.

His previous tenure at a large property management firm was characterized by his involvement in the leasing department. There, Harris focused on marketing and lease management, where he developed a nuanced understanding of real estate dynamics, especially from a landlord’s perspective. His career in real estate also includes a practicum with the GIS team at CBRE Vancouver and a valuable stint at Crombie REIT in Mississauga, Ontario.

Harris’s academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Human Geography from the University of British Columbia and an Advanced Diploma in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Beyond Floorspace, Harris enjoys exploring the different neighbourhoods of the Lower Mainland and serving as the Assistant Coach of the UBC Varsity Men’s Rowing Team.
