Willow relocated from Calgary to Vancouver to attend UBC, and after obtaining a BSc in Cell Biology and Genetics, decided to call Vancouver her permanent home. She began her career working in sales account management for a large telecom, providing tailored technology solutions for companies in the financial, legal, science, and technology sectors. She then transitioned to commercial real estate, working for a boutique brokerage where she focused primarily on landlord and owner representation, gaining insights she now uses to negotiate on behalf of occupiers. Applying her diverse training and background, Willow offers a people-centric and consultative approach to delivering optimal real estate solutions on the sharpest financial terms possible.

A believer in paying it forward, Willow is an active mentor of young women in business, as well as a supporter and volunteer with Dress for Success, an organization whose mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence. When she’s not working, Willow can often be found enjoying Vancouver’s incredible natural surroundings or planning her next trip.
